1This is the first time the annual competition has been held in the UK and will see up to 240 competitors from all over the world – including the UK, Europe and South Africa - shoot two 40-target courses on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 May. The course will be made up of four standing targets, four kneeling and 32 prone.

The overall winner will go home with a specially commissioned trophy and there are medals for first, second and third places in each of the classes – Open, Veterans, Ladies, Junior, .22, Springer and International Team. All competitors will receive a free two-day ticket to the Northern Shooting Show plus entry to the exclusive tombola which will include lots of airgun-related prizes.

The Northern Shooting Show will welcome more than 20,000 visitors from all over the country looking to try a myriad of shooting-related activities including shotguns, airsoft, archery, bushcraft, and of course airguns. Held both inside and outside, the annual event showcases wares from hundreds of exhibitors from all over the world that provide visitors with a unique shopping event that covers everything from country lifestyle to technical shooting gear.
